Compared with traditional mechanical engraving, chemical etching, screen printing, ink printing, etc., laser marking has low cost, high flexibility and environmental protection; it can be controlled by computer system, and the laser produces a strong permanent mark on the surface of the workpiece. A. Non-contact: Laser marking is processed by non-mechanical "light knife", which can print marks on any regular or irregular surface, and the workpiece will not generate internal stress after marking, ensuring the original accuracy of the workpiece. No corrosion on the working surface, no “knife” wear, no toxicity, no pollution.
B. Permanent: If the mark does not fade due to environmental relationships (touch, acid and reducing gases, high temperatures, low temperatures, etc.).
C. High precision of engraving: The engraving of the laser marking machine is fine, and the minimum line width can reach 0.04mm. The mark is clear, long lasting and beautiful. Laser marking can meet the need to print large amounts of data on very small plastic parts. For example, two-dimensional bar codes that require more precision and higher definition can be printed, which is more competitive in the market than embossing or jet marking.
