Product Description:

1. China top brand Raycus fiber laser source, optional: JPT, IPG, nLight, etc. Laser wattage available: 500W, 750W, 1000W, 2000W. Laser transmission through fiber, no transmission loss. Electro-optical conversion rate of the laser >25%. Precise quality of laser beam with pretty small divergence angle.
2. High power industrial water cooling system cools the fiber laser source and optical lens.
3. RayTools laser cutting head is with capacitive height sensor to automatically, stably and rapidly adjust the laser head height during cutting, Cutting head focal length adjustment precision is 0.01mm. Laser is invisible, there is red dot showing laser spot position.
4. CypCut laser cutting control system integrates file reading, design, output, and processing control. It's able to complete the entire process from design to processing. The software, installed in an industrial computer, provides a wealth of laser cutting processing parameters, flexible layout and cutting path editing capabilities. Cypcut Control system and software in English language, supporting files: DXF, PLT, AI, LXD, etc. Drawing in the software is ok. Software is with fly cutting mode for cutting same products to save time.
5. Cypcut laser software is installed in industrial computer. There is a DSP controller handle.
6. Japanese YASKAWA 850W servo motors and drivers. Reducor is SHIMPO brand, ratio is 1:8.
7. Auto lubrication (CNC electromagnetic oil pump) ensures the machine keep moving smoothly and with good precision.
8. Gas blows only during cutting. SMC brand proportional valve controls the gas pressure in different cutting and brings good cutting all the time, for example, gas pressure is lowered when cutting corners.
9. There are 3 funnels and 3 collecting drawers.
10. 2.2KW strong extractor removes fumes and dusts caused during cutting.
11. Machine is with perfect dimensions, which can be filled in a 20 feet container.
